Peach Soda Ice Cream

Dear Friends,

Cool off this summer with a refreshing, fruity ice cream treat. This recipe was featured in Food Network Magazine by Editor-in-Chief, Maile Carpenter.

Peach Soda Ice Cream

  •  1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  •  8-9 peaches, peeled and cut into wedges
  •  1 cup of sugar
  •  36 oz. Nehi peach soda
  1. Puree the sweetened condensed milk, peaches and sugar in a blender until the peaches are in small chunks; transfer to a large bowl and stir in the soda.
  2. Churn in an ice cream maker (in batches if necessary).
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
