Product of France Chocolate Review

I recently attended the Chocolate Show in NYC, the largest chocolate show in the U.S. that features chocolate companies from around the world and domestically. This particular company, Le Chef Patissier, stood out to me as being truly unique and of exceptional quality. I tried complementary samples of their All Natural Truffles dusted with cocoa, pictured below, at the show. I purchase 2 packages that were on sale for 2/$5.

I wanted to share them with you because they were just amazing, very smooth and not too rich. I am a chocoholic and I was very impressed. They melt in your mouth as you eat them, too! I recommend while enjoying these chocolates to have plenty of napkins on-hand because the dusted cocoa can become messy as it sticks to your fingers. I must tell you, it's worth it! Besides truffles, they also offer salted caramels, truffled coffee beans and chocolate napolitans.

I had a hard time trying to find a place to purchase them in the U.S. It seems that they are exclusive to shops in France/Europe. However, you can purchase these exceptional chocolates online at Amazon or Bizrate to compare prices.
