My Favorite Pizza and Pasta

I love "food-talk." For me, the conversation of food is relaxing and comforting. I always love to answer the question: What is your favorite food? even though I can never name just one, or even five foods. I start by naming my favorite meal (pasta!), then go onto to entrees, side dishes, then desserts and finally drinks like Oreo milkshakes and egg cremes. I'll even talk about some of my favorite restaurants' menus.

Today I would like to share my favorite pizza and pasta. Here we go...!

Pizza:

Definitely cheese, thin crust, SAUCE, well-done but not overcooked, and lots of spices: crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder and oregano. If I would put any topping, it would be broccoli. Best city for pizza? NYC!

Pasta:

Penne alla vodka (or rigatoni). Lots of SAUCE! Toppings? Onion and peas. The best? Valley View restaurant!
