Breakfast...ALWAYS the start to a GREAT day

Breakfast is an extremely important part of starting your day off right.  It gives us the nutrients we need for most of the day and has been proven to help with attention, thinking ability and all-around good performance. For breakfast, have one egg, a bowl of oatmeal or an English muffin, and orange juice instead of a bagel with cream cheese and coffee on the go. Be sure to include fruit, such as honey dew melon, bananas and oranges, or as an alternative to a bagel, take a banana on the go.

My Favorite Breakfast Foods

  • Quaker Quisp Cereal or Cheerios
  • Maypo Hot Cereal
  • Cream of Wheat Hot Cereal
  • Blueberries and Cream Oatmeal
  • Scrambled Eggs made with milk
  • Eggo Waffles or Belgian Waffles
  • Wake-Up Wrap (Egg and Cheese) from Dunkin Donuts*
  • Cinnamon Raisin or Cranberry English Muffin
  • Mixed Fruit: Stawberries, Oranges, Bananas, etc.
  • Pears or Lychee Nuts
  • Guava Juice or Hot Tea with 1% milk and 1 packet of sugar
*A D&D  (Dunkin Donuts) Smart Menu Item

  2. I'm a huge fan of English muffins...for breakfast as well as for a snack. They're such a versatile food item that can be topped with lots of different condiments, cheeses, etc :)
