Food Diary

Typical Meals:

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Black Tea w/ Honey, Fresh Mixed Fruit & Whole Wheat Toast w/ Jam

Lunch: Arugula Salad, Yankee Bean Soup & Veggie Burger

Dinner: Spicy Tuna & Avocado Roll, Seaweed Salad, Green Tea

Snack: Brown Rice Green Tea from Korea, Le Petit Ecolier Dark Chocolate Cookie Biscuits or Lemon Cookies, Cottage Cheese, Fruit or Almonds *Hot Chocolate or White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha in the Winter*

Workout Manual: Yoga, Intensive Cardio Dance Routine, Kickboxing, Jogging, Walking with 2lb Hand Weights, T'ai Chi.  (I would like to learn other types of dance such as Hip Hop & Flamenco).

Recent Indulgence: Rigatoni alla Vodka w/ Shallots & Mushrooms & Red Velvet Cake.  Cookie Dough Ice Cream & Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies are always a good excuse.

Health Mantra: Walking Everywhere.  I take the stairs as much as possible.  I also never drink soda or eat chips or french fries.  I always substitute those options for healthier foods.
