Dear Friends,
I am hosting a giveaway for Tate's Bake Shop, Southampton, NY. One winner will have the opportunity to win an autographed cookbook and three 7oz. packages of cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and white chocolate macadamia nut). There are approx. 12 cookies in each 7 oz. box (a $22.50 value)!
Her cookies were a 2011 NASFT Sofi Silver finalist! Tate's products have no preservatives. I was quite impressed with the quality of the cookies. Each cookie was fresh, and had a light buttery taste, and you certainly cannot eat just one! I was hooked right when I first tried them, my favorite cookie is definitely the chocolate chip, my mom's favorite is the white chocolate macadamia and my fiance's favorite is the oatmeal raisin. My brother has also tried their brownies in the past and loves them. My brother loves brownies and says that Tate's are one of his favorite.
I love both soft, chewy cookies and cookies with a crunch. Tate's cookies are very delicious; I highly recommend them, and do believe they would be very popular and any family party. They are great for young children too! Make ice cream sandwiches, enjoy them a la mode or eat them alone. Tate's cookies are great to give as gifts as well!
To store cookies, place packages in a freezer bag and freeze for up to three months. Thaw cookies for one hour or eat frozen (their cookies make great ice cream sandwiches). I made an ice cream sandwich with the oatmeal raisin cookies. It tasted excellent and I loved it especially because the cookie did not crumble or fall apart when I bit into the sandwich!
